Husband, Rick D.
American astronaut (b. July 12, 1957, Amarillo, Texas - d. Feb. 1, 2003, over Texas), was commander of the space shuttle Columbia's mission. Husband was educated at Texas Tech University and at California State University at Fresno, where he earned a master's degree in 1990. He joined the U.S. Air Force in 1980.
